ncurses_addchstr
Quite handy for truncing fields that may upset a screen layout:
ncurses_addnstr("tenletters",3);
only renders to screen "ten", and truncs the rest
ncurses_addnstr
(PHP 4 >= 4.2.0, PHP 5, PECL ncurses:1.0.0)
ncurses_addnstr — Add string with specified length at current position
